Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience for Deputy City Solicitor candidates.
• 9+ years of relevant legal experience for Senior Attorney candidates.
• Substantial legal experience related to the Essential Functions.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent City departments on legal matters.
• Interpret and analyze laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Conduct research and draft legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent the City in board hearings and litigation.
