Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serves as the dedicated contact for legal matters related to C&E and LOSCO.
Provides legal advice to management and executive leadership on statutes and regulatory compliance.
Advises on policy and program implementation with respect to legal authority and risk management.
Conducts advanced legal research and prepares opinions, briefs, and memoranda on complex issues.
Represents the agency in administrative hearings, mediations, and judicial proceedings.
