Requirements include a Juris Doctor, membership in good standing with The Florida Bar, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from $77,088.84 to $83,788.56 annually.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Senior Attorney I: 3 years of related work experience, incl. 2 years in the appropriate specialty area; Florida Bar in good standing.
• Senior Attorney II: 5 years of related work experience, incl. 3 years in the appropriate specialty area; Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Court programs, committees, or forums as assigned.
• Conduct legal research and provide appropriate correspondence.
• Provide counsel and guidance to the Office of the State Courts Administrator, Florida Supreme Court, and other Courts within the State Courts System on employee and branch-related ethics matters.
• Monitor and analyze civil and branch-related legislation.
• Coordinate fulfilling public records requests.
