Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required for this position.
• Membership in Good Standing with The Florida Bar is required.
• Three years of related work experience for Senior Attorney I; five years for Senior Attorney II.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Court programs, committees, or forums as assigned.
• Conduct legal research and provide appropriate correspondence.
• Provide counsel and guidance to the Office of the State Courts Administrator and the Florida Supreme Court on ethics matters.
• Monitor and analyze civil and branch-related legislation.
• Coordinate fulfilling public records requests.
