Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Five years of legal experience for Senior Trial Court Staff Attorney.
• Less than five years for Trial Court Staff Attorney II.
• Not a member of The Florida Bar for Trail Court Staff Attorney I (membership required within one year).

Responsibilities

• Draft orders, review briefs, and research substantive and procedural issues.
• Conduct legislative research and track legislation applicable to the court.
• Research case flow management and caseload distribution studies.
• Research on specific questions of law for assigned court divisions.
• Perform administrative duties as required and applicable.
