Job summary

• J.D. required from ABA-accredited law school.
• Must become a member of the Florida Bar within 12 months of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services evaluating and prosecuting violations by licensees of boards.
• Prepare recommended action for Probable Cause Panels and present cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery and legal memoranda; represent before DOAH and Circuit Court.
• Maintain case files and respond to public records requests and inquiries from counsel.
• Prepare and present cases for final action before boards.
