• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Business Partners Group clients as needed
• Keep Trial Preparation handoffs warm so Lansing partners never feel dropped
• Keep the contract schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch GDPR Compliance to each audience
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
