Wilson Elser is seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national firm with a collaborative and innovative culture. This role focuses on sophisticated discovery work, not document review, and involves coordinating with in‑house and outside counsel to craft tailored responses.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to grow within a large, well‑established firm. JD required and prior discovery experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• Proven experience in litigation discovery, investigations, or related legal roles.
• Strong analytical and issue-spotting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to collaborate with diverse legal teams.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment; familiarity with AI language models is a plus.
• Personal injury litigation background preferred.
