Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, promissory notes, guarantees and security agreements.
• Manage due diligence, closings and post-closing requirements.
• Advise on collateral, lien searches, perfection and UCC filings.
• Negotiate amendments, waivers, consents and financing modifications.

Our client is an established New York law firm seeking a senior corporate lending attorney to join its commercial finance practice. The role offers consistent deal flow, direct client contact and a rare succession opportunity, with the potential to inherit an established practice and client relationships as a senior partner plans for the future.
