Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in Consumer Class Action to join a premier Los Angeles team. You will manage a personal caseload, mentor Associates, and lead depositions, trials, and negotiations across complex employment and consumer claims.

Candidate should be admitted to the California Bar with at least seven years in employment litigation, delivering strategic, cost-conscious outcomes for clients while upholding the firm’s excellence and integrity.

The Opportunity

Senior Associates in our Consumer Class Action fight for our clients and are involved in prosecuting complex consumer fraud, negligent misrepresentation, contract, defect and warranty, data breach, and false advertising claims. This elite team offers the best of a boutique law firm feel, supported by big law infrastructure and support.

Accountable for

• Carry your own caseload with complete autonomy.
• Lead your own team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants.
• Fight against employers in trials and litigation.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least seven years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management.

Compensation

• $170,000 - $250,000 depending on experience
