Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in challenging legal work at the heart of the Court's operations, including substantial research, writing, analysis, and case management.
• Work on a wide variety of cases and issues, including emergency filings, complex motions, petitions for extraordinary writs, postconviction appeals, and workers' compensation appeals.
• Collaborate with judges, law clerks, the Clerk of the Court, and administrative staff to support the Court's mission and develop advanced legal skills.
