Qualifications

• This title requires a Juris Doctor degree and NYS Bar admission.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills for appellate work.
• Ability to draft legally accurate memoranda and present legal analyses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Full Board Review (FBR) process, discretionary and mandatory.
• Draft memoranda of law and recommend actions on MOD and FBR.
• Prepare legal opinions and respond to inquiries regarding Workers' Compensation Law.
• Deliver presentations and Continuing Legal Education lectures as assigned.
• Collaborate on rules, regulations, legislation, and other legal projects.
