Job summary

Resnick & Louis is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys to join a remote team serving clients in Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years as a licensed attorney, with 5+ years in WA/OR and 1 year in insurance defense preferred, enabling sophisticated defense strategies and strong client service.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.

Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 5 years in Washington and Oregon, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.
