Job Description

We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 5 years in Washington and Oregon, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.
