The ideal candidate will handle bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, and employment matters, among others. You will work with a strong marketing/business development team, have access to upper management, and join a collaborative, top-notch group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years' experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 5 years in Washington and Oregon, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct depositions, motion practice, and oral arguments with partner-level lawyers.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and reporting to clients and management.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.
