Job summary

Nashville Law Firm seeks a talented Litigation Attorney with experience in commercial, business, and life sciences litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle complex disputes from inception through resolution, with strong research and writing skills and the ability to manage multiple matters.

Qualified candidates will have a J.D., active bar admission, and a track record in complex civil litigation.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in good standing.
Experience in commercial/business/complex civil litigation and/or life sciences litigation.
Strong research, writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex commercial, business, and life sciences litigation matters.
Manage cases through all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
Research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, and other filings.
Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with clients' objectives and needs.
Oversee discovery, depositions, and other fact-development activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, co-counsel, and other parties.
Evaluate legal risks and advise on strategy and resolution options.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
