Job summary

gpac is assisting a well-established California law firm in Oakland seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of civil litigation experience and is comfortable managing matters independently while developing case strategy and working directly with clients.

The attorney will handle a variety of civil litigation matters with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction in a collaborative environment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Independently manage litigation matters.
• Deposition experience required.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Experience handling sophisticated civil litigation matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
