Job summary

Mission Recruiting, LLC is assisting a leading California law firm in Irvine to recruit a Senior Litigation Associate with 8-15 years of experience to handle sophisticated trust and estate disputes and other civil matters.

The ideal candidate will independently manage complex litigation, demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, and hold an active California Bar license. The firm values work-life balance and offers a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of litigation experience.
• Trust and estate litigation experience preferred; strong civil litigation also considered.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated, high-level litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes and civil litigation as needed.
• Develop or expand a trusts and estates litigation practice within the firm.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and outcomes.
