Circle is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their fully remote team. This role will focus on commercial law, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Legal Counsel to become Circle’s very first in-house legal hire. If you love moving fast and giving clear, practical advice that helps teams get things done—this could be your spot.
In the first 3-6 months, this role will focus mostly on commercial law, especially helping out with sales and contract renewals. Down the line, there will be room to grow into areas likeprivacy (think CCPA and GDPR), product, and security compliance (SOC 2).

The cash compensation range shown is a starting point. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, your cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis.
