Compensation

Salary range: $150k - $250k annually + bonus.

Schedule

Position is full-time, exempt. Business hours are 8:30am‑5:30pm Monday‑Thursday, 8:30am‑5:00pm Friday.

Hybrid Work Model

We currently offer a hybrid in‑office/remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of onboarding and training in‑office as deemed necessary for the position by the Firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to supervisor approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients, assessing facts and issues and counseling clients appropriately.
• Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business.
• Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and industry.
• Represent the firm internally and externally.
• Take on cases from inception to close with little to no oversight.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department.

Qualifications

• J.D. and an active California Bar license.
• 7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.
• Previous litigation experience.
• Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics.
• Ability to multitask and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in real‑estate law.
• Previous trial experience.
• Experience with ProLaw or other billing and document management program.
