Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Atlassian Solution Developer/Engineer to work remotely for a federal customer. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across Jira and Confluence to improve collaboration and workflows.

The role includes administering Jira/Confluence, configuring platforms, and delivering user training to ensure adoption. This position supports Atlassian Datacenter migration to Government Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in Atlassian environments.
• Experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
• Strong experience designing dashboards and filters for leadership insights.

We are seeking a creative, meticulous, and tenacious Atlassian Engineer to join our team supporting a federal customer. In this role, you will work directly with customers and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across the Atlassian tool suite to improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and support mission delivery. You will serve as an administrator for Jira and Confluence environments—configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platforms to meet evolving project and organizational needs. The Atlassian Engineer will also help translate business requirements into technical configurations, document system processes, and deliver user training to ensure adoption and effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to apply both technical expertise and business analysis skills to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that enable teams to operate efficiently in a dynamic federal environment. This opportunity will be assisting Atlassian Datacenter migration to Atlassian Government Cloud (SaaS).

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
