Job summary

KeyLogic is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our team in Germantown, MD on-site, supporting a federal DOE contract. U.S. Citizenship is required and candidates will undergo a federal background suitability check for building access.

The role emphasizes migrating Jira/Confluence to Atlassian Cloud, IAM planning and management, Java-based and Azure .NET web-app development, and mentoring a small team of developers. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
10+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Jira solutions.
Strong Java and JavaScript development experience.
Experience with relational databases (SQL/SQL Managed Instance).
Identity and Access Management deployment and management is required.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and support migrations of Jira and Confluence to Atlassian Cloud.
Provide IAM expertise including MFA, SSO, and authorization concepts.
Apply software updates and patches to Jira, Confluence, WebSphere.
Mentor a small team of developers and lead development activities.
Build and maintain Jira/J2EE/.NET web applications on Azure.
Capture clear technical documentation and communicate with clients and team members.
