Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Juris Doctor strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees a comprehensive athletics compliance program.
• Manages data analytics platforms to detect and remediate risk.
• Leads cross-functional compliance team and coordinates recruiting, eligibility, and amateurism oversight.
• Maintains relationships with internal/external stakeholders and NCAA authorities.
• Delivers training and drafts compliance policies and procedures.
• Conducts audits and investigations into NCAA infractions and implements remedial measures.
