Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assigned compliance and risk management programs and initiatives, including Clery, Programs Serving Minors, RoPA, and other institutional compliance activities.
• Coordinate, develop, maintain, and deliver compliance-related training materials, communications, educational resources, and awareness initiatives to support program requirements and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain compliance-related records, documentation, reports, files, supporting materials, and policy resources in accordance with university requirements and procedures.
• Collect, maintain, review, and support compliance-related data, reporting activities, metrics, assessments, and program tracking efforts.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and customer support to faculty, staff, students, and program participants regarding compliance processes, software platforms, and resources.
• Monitor regulatory developments, emerging compliance requirements, and risk trends related to assigned program areas.
• Coordinate and support site visits, reviews, monitoring activities, and follow-up efforts, while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support special projects, program development activities, assessments, policy reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
