Job summary

Smart1 Management Solutions is seeking an Air Traffic Controller Instructor II (En Route) to join the CTS team in West Columbia, SC. You will deliver high-quality classroom and simulation lab training to development air traffic controllers and CPCs, mentoring students and RPOs while contributing to curriculum design and development.

US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust; a minimum of five years FAA CPC experience and CPC certification are required, along with

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of five years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic or as a contract instructor.
• FAA CPC certification and Instructor-II certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and simulation lab training to diverse students.
• Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators; contribute to curriculum design.
• Pursue radar/non-radar simulation lab certifications at FAA facilities.
