Job summary

Capgemini USA is seeking a Senior MDM Architect to lead enterprise MDM and Data Governance programs. You will define master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and adoption roadmaps, while guiding senior stakeholders through digital transformation.

You will architect scalable master data solutions using Ataccama, oversee onshore/offshore teams, and deliver end-to-end architecture across business, information, application, and technology domains.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Ataccama MDM, Ataccama ONE, Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Lead end-to-end MDM and Data Governance programs from strategy through go-live.
• Define enterprise master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and MDM adoption roadmaps.
• Provide Functional/Technical Architecture and Data Governance recommendations.
• Design scalable master data solutions using Ataccama and integrate across domains.
• Lead onsite/offshore teams (5-25) with governance and knowledge transfer.
• Consult with C-level executives on data strategy and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MDM and Data Governance programs from strategy, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
• Define enterprise master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and MDM adoption roadmaps.
• Provide Functional Architecture, Technical Architecture, Business Process Improvements, and Data Governance recommendations.
• Design and implement scalable, integrated, and high-quality master data solutions using Ataccama.
• Develop holistic architecture views across Business, Information, Application, and Technology domains.
• Lead enterprise data integration, data quality, and data consistency initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management with executives; conduct workshops and create proposals/SOWs.
• Advise clients on MDM, PIM, Data Governance, Data Quality, BI and digital transformation best practices.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams (5-25) and drive governance, risk mitigation, QA, and knowledge transfer.
