Venteon represents a regional CPA/advisory firm in SE Michigan seeking an Assurance & Risk Advisory Senior to join a growing team in a hybrid role.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative risk solutions, design improved controls, and mentor staff while serving diverse clients across industries. The role emphasizes collaboration, client service, and professional growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA exam.
• SOX experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Outstanding client service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide innovative risk solutions to clients in a variety of industries.
• Collaborating with client personnel and other professionals to design new business processes, internal controls, project plans, working papers, and make improvement recommendations.
• Performing internal control assessments of management.
• Interviewing clients, examining evidence documentation, analyzing and performing substantive testing of financial data.
• Building relationships both internally and externally.
• Contributing to the success of our clients organizations.
• Developing staff associates and interns.
