Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting projects, including financial reporting and tax implications.
• Assess accounting impacts of acquisitions, competitive bids, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement updated accounting policies for initiatives.
• Identify risks and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze trends and opportunities.
