Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Senior Manager to lead audit engagements, improve internal controls, and advise on GAAP/GAAS issues. You will supervise teams, communicate complex findings, and nurture client relationships while contributing to business development and leadership within the Assurance practice.

The role involves coordinating technical guidance with BDO experts, ensuring compliance with SEC/PCAOB standards, and delivering high-quality financial reporting for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics preferred.
• Master's degree in Accountancy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Advise on GAAP/GAAS issues and communicate audit plans to clients.
• Supervise audit teams and review workpapers on engagements.
• Maintain key client relationships and serve as primary client contact.
