Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA license is required.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Travel willingness for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated audits in accordance with PCAOB standards.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of ICFR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax and IT audit specialists.
• Manage planning and execution of audit engagements and ensure timely completion of procedures.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of GAAP for accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct in-depth research on accounting and audit matters and communicate findings clearly.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify audit risks and provide insights.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals and provide career development support.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPE and industry trends.
