We are seeking a seasoned Audit professional to lead integrated audits, evaluate ICFR, mentor staff, manage engagements, and drive client growth while upholding CPA standards and SOX/PCAOB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings; overnight stays possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated audits per PCAOB standards, including financial statement and internal control audits.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of ICFR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax and IT audit specialists.
• Plan and manage audit engagements, coordinating fieldwork and timely procedures.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Research complex accounting matters and communicate findings clearly in reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and provide practical solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals with coaching and career development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPE and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility and opportunities.
