Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP is hiring an Assurance Senior Associate in a hybrid or in-office role in Utah. The position focuses on leading engagement activities, performing audits, and guiding staff through fieldwork to ensure high-quality financial reporting.

You will collaborate with clients and team members, manage multiple engagements, and leverage Excel and other software to deliver accurate financial statements. CPA licensure is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–4 years of audit experience is required.
• CPA license or pursuing CPA is required.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to establish engagement timelines and expectations.
• Perform audit, review, or compilation procedures for clients.
• Manage all engagement phases, including workpapers and reports.
• Analyze trial balances and prepare financial statements using audit software.
• Review staff work and train junior team members on high-risk sections.
• Coordinate activities to meet client needs within deadlines.
• Attend trainings and networking events to support client service.
