Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years audit experience in public accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ability to network and develop business.
• Commitment to maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervises complex audits and completes audit workpapers to meet objectives and profitability.
• Outlines engagement objectives, issues, findings and recommendations for clients.
• Reviews workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner involvement.
• Manages client relationships with integrity and adds value to the service.
• Evaluates costs, benefits and risks of alternatives for client problems.
• Provides mentoring and technical training for staff in the audit department.
• Participates in business development and community industry functions.
• Ensures timely and accurate performance on projects and adherence to budgets.
