Eide Bailly LLP in Salt Lake City / Ogden / Lehi, UT is seeking an Assurance Associate to perform audit, review, and compilation work across client engagements. The role supports planning, scheduling, and analysis of financial statements using standard audit software.

The position requires 1–2 years of public accounting audit experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and active CPA licensing or progress toward CPA certification. Hybrid or in-office work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 1–2 years of experience auditing in a public accounting setting.
• CPA license or working toward CPA license.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Perform audit, review, and compilation procedures for clients.
• Assist with planning and scheduling engagements.
• Analyze and prepare trial balances and financial statements using audit software, Word and Excel.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, long‑term debt schedules, and reconciliations.
• Support fieldwork at client locations as needed.
• Contribute to improving client internal controls and procedures.
