Qualifications

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise or review staff work on engagements.
• Experience with tax preparation for assurance clients preferred.
• Smaller-firm or hands-on client accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage staff assigned to engagements.
• Handle tax work for assurance clients as needed.
• Coordinate with tax seniors for delegation.
• Build client relationships and provide accounting guidance.
• Identify and help resolve bookkeeping or financial statement issues.
• Support clients across industries; construction experience a plus.
