Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics is required or a degree in another field with CPA certification
• Master's degree in Accountancy is preferred
• CPA eligibility and pursuit of exams encouraged
• Proficiency with audit software and research tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day audit planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
• Document, validate, and assess control environments for clients
• Prepare financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP
• Communicate with clients and Audit Committee on findings and issues
• Assist engagement manager and supervise junior staff on engagements
• Plan and execute internal control audits including testing and evaluating deficiencies
