CohnReznick in Sacramento is hiring an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Affordable Housing Group. This hybrid role supports client engagements with in-person collaboration roughly three days per week, focusing on real estate advisory services and audit delivery.

You will lead engagements, plan and execute work, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality service. Required: 3+ years in public accounting, Bachelor’s, CPA or eligibility, and strong MS Office skills; Real Estate experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Real Estate experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CaseWare or ProSystem FX.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules.
• Actively participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with regular performance coaching.
