Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Merchandising to identify product opportunities and develop assortment strategies across categories.
• Lead account-specific assortment plans and ensure alignment with seasonal vision and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain tools and reporting for market preparation and sales meetings.
• Analyze performance, monitor sell-through, margin, and depth to optimize future assortments.
• Support weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams and drive action plans.
