Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an Account Planning Manager for Replenishment to lead forecasting, reporting and strategic planning for its North America wholesale replenishment business. You will develop demand forecasts, monitor performance and keeping inventory levels and fill rates aligned with account goals.

You will partner across Sales, planning, merchandising and supply planning teams to identify opportunities to improve assortments and account performance, and turn insights into action plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail planning or similar experience.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret business trends and translate findings into action.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across sales, planning, merchandising, supply planning, and account teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand across replenishment programs, including monthly forecasts down to the style/color level.
• Partner closely with inventory supply planning teams to support proper inventory flow, targeted ownership levels, and fill-rate goals.
• Support end-of-month shipment goals, inventory ownership targets, and replenishment strategic initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and replenishment performance reporting for senior management.
• Analyze reporting details to identify risks and opportunities and turn into action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across sales, planning, digital, merchandising and retail teams to align on strategies, expectations, and account-specific goals.
• Identify and execute opportunities across replenishment product offerings, assortments, and inventory levels.
