Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Account Planning Manager for Replenishment in North America to lead forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for the wholesale replenishment business. You will develop demand forecasts, monitor performance, and maintain inventory levels and fill rates.

Collaborate with sales, planning, merchandising and supply planning teams to identify opportunities to improve assortments and account performance, and translate insights into action plans.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret trends and translate into action.
• Excellent communication and partnership across sales, planning, merchandising, and account teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand across replenishment programs, down to style/color level.
• Partner with inventory and supply planning to support proper inventory flow and fill-rate goals.
• Support end-of-month shipment goals and replenishment initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly replenishment performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and account-specific goals.
• Identify opportunities across replenishment offerings and inventory levels.
