Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate specializing in White Collar and Investigations in our Omaha, NE office. You will work closely with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and represent survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic.

Responsibilities include defending corporate clients in federal investigations, conducting supply chain investigations, drafting compliance programs, and handling both criminal and civil litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred.
• Background in agriculture or food industries is a plus.
• Experience with corporate governance issues preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Defend corporate clients in federal government investigations.
• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Engage in both criminal and civil litigation work.
• Represent survivors in human trafficking cases.
