Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate in White Collar and Investigations in Chattanooga, TN. The role partners with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and serves survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic.

Ideal candidates have six to eight years of criminal and civil litigation experience, with a focus on federal investigations and governance issues. A JD and an active bar license are required; interest in agriculture or food sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of relevant experience in criminal and civil litigation.
• Experience with corporate governance issues is preferred.
• Exposure to federal government investigations is a plus.
• Active bar license in the state of practice.
• Interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Perform internal investigations for corporate clients.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Represent clients in federal government investigations.
• Engage in pro bono work within the Human Trafficking Legal Clinic.
