Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate specializing in White Collar and Investigations for its Washington, DC office. The role involves collaborating with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and representing survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic.

Ideal candidates have six to eight years of criminal and civil litigation experience, especially in federal government investigations. The position requires defending corporate clients, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation.
• Experience defending corporate clients in federal investigations.
• Background or interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus.
• Experience with corporate governance issues preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Perform internal investigations for corporate clients.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Represent clients in federal government investigations.
• Engage in pro bono work within the Human Trafficking Legal Clinic.
