Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate to specialize in White Collar and Investigations in our Minneapolis, MN office. You will defend corporate clients in federal investigations, conduct internal and supply-chain audits, and collaborate with the Human Trafficking Compliance group to support survivors in a pro bono clinic.

The ideal candidate has six to eight years of experience, strong governance background, and is licensed to practice in Minnesota or plans to obtain licensure.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred.
• Background in corporate governance issues is preferred.
• Interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Defend corporate clients in federal government investigations.
• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Perform internal investigations for companies.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Engage in criminal and civil litigation work.
