Offices include San Francisco, New York, Boston, Seattle, Austin, Santa Monica and more. Admission to the state bar is required.

You will engage in high‑impact financings and transactions, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to a dynamic, globally connected platform that scales with client growth.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in a major law firm focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
• Strong academic and verbal/written communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Counsel clients on venture capital financings and private offerings for high-growth tech companies.
• Lead and contribute to M&A and transactional work within Orrick's Technology Companies Group.
• Collaborate with partners and clients across multiple offices including San Francisco, NYC, Boston, Seattle, Austin, and Santa Monica.
