The team has closed more than 2,000 venture capital financings valued at $80 billion, representing hot tech companies and leading investors.

Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be located is required and candidates should have a demonstrated ability to handle private

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a major law firm focusing on private offerings and venture capital.
• Experience handling transactions for emerging companies.
• Admission to the state bar of the office location is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-office teams to execute deals.
• Support deal execution from start to close and maintain deal documentation.
