Positions are available in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Seattle, Austin, or Santa Monica offices, with a track record in venture capital financings and high-growth tech transactions.

The ideal candidate will have admission to the California State Bar and strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration with clients

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience at a major law firm.
• Focus on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
• Admission to the state bar of the appropriate office is required.

Responsabilités

• Join Orrick's Technology Companies Group as Managing Associate in multiple offices.
• Support private offerings, venture capital deals, and transactions for emerging tech companies.
