Avison Young in Orlando, FL is seeking a driven professional with 2–3 years' industrial leasing experience to join our team on-site. The role focuses on developing client relationships, surveying markets, and negotiating lease/sale terms.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate business degree, possesses 2–3 years in industrial leasing, and has a Florida real estate license. On-site work at our Orlando office is required.

Overview

We are looking for an intelligent, assertive, and determined person with two to three years' experience in industrial leasing to join an existing team in our Orlando, Florida office.

Responsibilities
