You will perform financial and operational analyses, develop models, and provide strategic recommendations to clients while managing multiple engagements with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities include supporting due diligence, preparing client-ready reports, and collaborating with tax, valuation, and planning teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• CPA or progress toward licensure, or MBA, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support financial and operational analyses across client engagements.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence under supervision as experience allows.
• Coordinate data collection with engagement teams to prepare final reports.
• Develop reports detailing methodologies, findings and strategic recommendations.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in client financial information.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decisions.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects and professional growth within the firm.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality on engagements.
