Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus).
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including constructing 3-statement models, cash flows and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of BRG TA client service teams on diligence engagements.
• Demonstrate delegation, supervision, and leadership across engagements.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform analyses and reporting.
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
